All reptiles ship via FedEx Priority Overnight to the nearest FedEx Ship Center for secure pickup. Flat-rate $50 per order on all live animal purchases.

Orders placed during business hours typically ship the next business day. You'll receive tracking and pickup details by email.
Weather Safety
Shipments are scheduled based on safe temperatures at both origin and destination. We reserve the right to delay shipping if conditions are deemed unsafe.
Special Cases
Large animals or extreme weather may require adjusted fees, which will always be communicated in advance — never a surprise at checkout.
Live Arrival Guarantee & Lifetime Commitment.
We take great pride in the health of our animals. Due to the nature of live sales, all purchases are final — however, we stand behind every animal we ship.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee all reptiles arrive healthy and in good condition. To qualify: (1) shipment must be picked up promptly from the FedEx Ship Center, (2) notification of any issue must be sent within 2 hours of pickup, and (3) photo or video documentation must be provided clearly showing the animal's condition.
Lifetime Rehoming Commitment
We will always accept the return of any reptile originally purchased from Redfoot Dreams, no questions asked. Our goal is to ensure every animal has a safe, responsible home for life.
Non-Live Items
Unused items may be returned within 7 days of delivery in original condition.
Final Sale Notice
Due to the nature of live sales, all live animal purchases are final outside the Live Arrival Guarantee terms above. We stand behind every animal we ship.
Buyback & Store Credit (Case-by-Case)
In select situations we may offer a buyback or store credit on returned animals. Each request is reviewed individually based on current health and condition, age and size, and current market demand. Buyback or credit isn't guaranteed, but we're always happy to talk through your options.
